Privacy & cookies
No account needed. Just have a go. This is Jeffery’s independent class page and a few learning games. Here’s what happens behind the scenes.
Practising on your own
The games remember things such as your initials and personal bests in this browser. You can remove them by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser settings. Studying does not require an account.
Optional class challenges
If you join a class challenge, the game checks your answers and saves your three initials, rounds, scores and achievements on the server. Initials and results can appear on the public class leaderboard, so please don’t enter your full name or private information.
A cookie called arcade_device recognises your browser for challenges. It lasts up to a year and helps keep rounds and scores together. Clearing it creates a new player identity; it does not delete scores already saved on the server.
Site visits
The class page uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and selected link clicks. This helps Jeffery see which resources are useful. Vercel describes its analytics as cookie-free, but it still processes visit information such as the page, referrer, browser, device type and approximate location. Read Vercel’s analytics privacy information.
Vercel also hosts the site and processes connection information to serve and protect it. The game uses a scrambled version of your connection address to limit excessive requests.
Links and messages
Other websites have their own privacy practices. If you email Jeffery, your email address and message will be received through his email service. Please keep medical records, applicant IDs and screening documents in the official onboarding process.
A question about your information?
Write to projeff@gmail.com. You can also ask about removing a shared score. Initials may be shared by different players, so identifying the right result may need a little care.
